I went to get a wisdom tooth extracted. My insurance doesn't usually pay for anesthetic for one extraction but premier asked for pre-authorization. I didn't expect that and was glad they took that step for me. As for the procedure, they explained everything that was going to happen clearly. Both the doctor and his assistant made sure understood. They were so pleasant and professional. If I have a need for an oral surgeon in the future I will go back.
