  • Graduate of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School in San Antonio, Texas, where he served as Chief Resident at Brooke Army Medical Center, Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center and Memorial Hermann - Texas Medical Center. He was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for his exemplary service as Chief Resident.
  • He has extensive training in the management of pathology, TMJ disorders, cosmetic surgery, facial trauma surgery, reconstructive surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, tooth removal and IV sedation / general anesthesia.
  • Dr. Land maintains active certifications in Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support
  • Dr. Land is a certified instructor of Advanced Life Support for the U.S. Air Force
  • In addition to providing care in our office, Dr. Land is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Offutt AFB, where he is a staff surgeon and Assistant Professor of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. In this role, he oversees the surgical and anesthesia training of Air Force general dentistry residents.
  • He is married to Dr. Marcela Land, who is a Periodontist. Together, they have two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking, cooking, being active in his church, reading, and exploring all of the outdoor activities that Nebraska has to offer.
